Making juice even healthier
Hello fellow juicers. If you're like me, you are probably trying to get as many raw foods into your diet as possible. I love the taste of raw vegetables, but only in small quantities. I miss the large meals I used to eat when I followed the more traditional American diet.
I am committed to a healthier lifestyle though. I know that the longer I stick to it, the easier it will become. It will embed itself into my life like all the other daily habits I have acquired over the years. One day I hope the cravings for all of that bad food finally stop.
I have experimented with some different juicer recipes in an effort to get even more of the natural goodness of raw vegetables into my diet. I figure it would be easier to get them through juicing than it is to sit and eat them every day.
Two vegetables in particular that I have been experimenting with are broccoli and spinach. These aren't the sweetest of vegetables. If you eat them ever day, you quickly start to lose interest in them. I hate when that starts happening because I know how important it is to get more of those micronutrients into my diet.
I have searched among the juice recipes I could find on the internet as well as experimented myself to try and come up with ways of getting more of these two super healthy vegetables into my gut. I made two separate pages on the site. One of them is for broccoli juicer recipes. The other is for spinach juicing recipes.
Give some of my suggestions a try and you'll find that there are better and easier ways to get more wholesome produce into your digestive tract where it can be absorbed easily for keeping your organs as healthy as possible. I hope you like my suggestions.
